Refund Policy

Note: All class registrations must be received 4 days prior to class start date.

No refunds well be issued on classes unless the student sends, in writing, a request to be removed from the class they have signed up for. This request is required to be in the hands of LERC personnel at least 96 hours prior to the start of the class session(s). Those classes that include a lab shall require a 2 week written cancellation request.

Unless prior arrangements are made, when a student signs up for a class, if they do not complete all class sessions they well not be refunded any book or tuition monies.

If a student, with prior arrangement misses one or more sessions of a class they can be made up the next time the class is scheduled in the same area if class room is available.

Oregon Payment Options

Payment by business check, personal check, money order, or credit card must be received by Limited Energy Resource Center 4 days prior to class start date.
