Grant Angell (Col. Ret.), 24 years in the US Army and Reserve units, 13 years in training management, he was an instructor in the Limited Energy Apprenticeship Schools in Oregon from 1996 thru 2005, designed the building blocks of the original 4 year apprenticeship program at Clackamas Community College. Was on the Board of Directors as Senior Vice-President of the NAAA (National Alarm Assiciation of America) for over 20 years. Holds degrees in Applied Sciences - Apprenticeship, BS in Military Science, and Masters in Strategic Studies. Has electrical licenses in Oregon & Washington and a Washington Administrator License. Founded Limited Energy Resource Center in 1995 and is its administrator. |

Dave is certified as a Fire Stops and Fire Stopping Instructor and has been in the Data Telecommunications industry for many years. He teaches general apprenticeship and Data classes for Clackamas Community College in the Apprenticeship School. Dave has been teaching Data/Telco Standards Classes for LERC since 2002 and in addition to his Data/Telco and Fiber Optics classes also teaches the National Electric Code Changes and of course Fire Stops and Fire Stopping Systems. Dave is the Past Board Chair for the Limited Energy JATC in the Portland Metro area. |

Pat has been in the fire protection industry for over 30 years with experience in special hazards, fire alarm and sprinkler systems. 15 of those years spent in layout, estimating, and design of systems. He holds State of Alaska design permits (level C) for all three fire disciplines, (Automatic Sprinkler Design, Special Hazards & Fire Alarm), and has an Associates Degree in Fire Science. He teaches the fire detection and suppression systems class in the fire science program at the University of Alaska Anchorage. |

Ted has been in the electrical industry for over 25 years. He currently holds an Oregon LEA, a Washington Master Electrician license, NICET level 4 in Fire Alarm and also holds NICET certification in Special Hazards. He was an electrician in San Diego California before coming to the Northwest to start a low voltage contracting business in 1981. He started an alarm monitoring service in 1986 and sold them both in 1997. He assisted in the construction and then assumed the General Management of the first independently owned real time interactive audio/visual alarm monitoring center. He has worked in every aspect of this industry from wire pulling to General Manager to owner/operator. He currently is serving as Vice President of the Oregon Burglar and Fire Alarm Association. |

Ric is licensed as a Professional Engineer and has a consulting and engineering firm. Ric (a NICET FA Level 4) has been teaching NICET classes since early 2004 and has taught throughout the country. Ric was elected Vice-President Central Region of the NAAA in 2004 and is still on the board. |
